RightInbox Is A Website Owner's Best Friend

Lifehacker has a great article about a new great tool for busy Gmail users called RightInbox. RightInbox is one of the easiest to use while still being incredibly useful tools we've seen in awhile and it can be a great help to all the flustered business and website owners out there. So what does it do?

It Tracks Emails

Email tracking can get a bad rep, but for people with too little time to waste on sending emails that wont get responded to, this can be an amazing tool. Simply select the Track tool when you send an email and you'll be notified when the email is opened, if a link in the email is opened, and the location it's opened from.

It Sets Time-Released Emails

These are great for the email user who powers through their emails all at the same time. With this option you can choose when to send your emails, either in vague (morning, evening) or specific days and times. So while you're getting a tan on your vacation in Maui, your emails can be sent at he precise day and time they need to be.

It Sets Email Reminders

This is our favorite part of the extension over here at LADezign. Have you ever sent ten emails and forgotten most of them, only to be reminded of them when you get a reply back? Happens to us all the time. See, that process works as long as you get a reply. However, if no one answers, more often than not those emails are dust in the wind. RightInbox lets you set reminders with your own preferences. For instance, it can remind you of an email at a certain time if hasn't been replied to yet, it can place it back in the inbox, starred, or unread sections. Or, if you want to go simple, you can just set a reminder for yourself about the email at any date and time you please. For the busy business website owner, this nifty little trick can be a godsend.
