Do You Use a Fluid Website Design? If So, You Need This Plugin

One of the biggest questions website owners struggle with is whether or not to use a fluid or fixed design layout. While there are positives and negatives to either, having an adaptable layout could turn out to be an advantage now that more and more people are using mobile devices as their primary internet source. Fixed layouts are in many ways more reliable because you see exactly what your users will see. On the other hand, if a user is on your site from a small resolution device like a mobile phone, they'll likely have to scroll though a lot more space on your site.

Fluid and fixed layouts are both excellent choices for any website, but if you're using a fluid one, there's a plugin you should know about. FitText is a remarkable tool for the header and/or logo text on your site. Basically, it adjusts your header large text to fit any kind of device. That means your header's proportion will fit each screen accordingly. So instead of having users squint on a cell phone looking for your site's logo, you'll have it just as pronounced as you would on a home computer.

Mobile devices will become the primary, if not only, source of online information for users as we move forward in technology. Adapting your website design to fit the needs of every user will only help your visibility and relate-ability with every potential online customer.
