Never Forget Again with FollowUpThen

How often do you set up reminders for yourself for specific tasks? Most of us have used such a function at some point and with my growing base of Los Angeles website design clients I can attest that I do it numerous times in a day. Electronic reminders are not only for work tasks but personal responsibilities and leisure activities outside the office as well. Whatever the case, it helps to be able to customize reminders so you receive them not at the precise time you need to be somewhere but in enough advance that you're out the door to be perfectly punctual. FollowUpThen lets you get as specific with your reminders as you like.

While lots of programs are difficult to navigate when it comes to setting up reminders, FollowUpThen is quite self-explanatory [email protected] format (5minutes, 6days, 1130, 1205May25, etc.) for arranging when you want a notice to come through. It lets you set as far in advance as you want whether it's for your child's holiday pageant or a meeting at exactly 4:15pm three months from now. Set recurring reminders with equally the equally simple [email protected], and even include other users that the task or event involves.

The ability to put out automated reminders with your company logo will add an additional touch of organized professionalism and save you time. Also, its Postpone and Dismiss capabilities are one-touch, so it won't leave you fumbling and guess-tapping while a shrill alert keeps going off. FollowUpThen is available for free download from its main site.
