eM Client Manages Your Correspondence at No Cost

In several previous Free Friday posts, we’ve noted that in addition to no-cost alternatives to programs like Microsoft Office, Photoshop, and Quickbooks, there are certainly free- and surprisingly streamlined- email systems available as well.

Every company needs to utilize email, but even platforms with low costs can add up quickly for businesses with limited funds. Also, why pay even $5 when you can have easily adaptable and multifaceted email solutions like Em Client for nothing?

Credited by PCMag.com as offering a formidable “Outlook clone,” eM Client offers an interface that users accustomed to Outlook appreciate, along with fast, fully integrated features.

If you are switching to eM Client from an old email program, importing accounts, tasks, and events from a number of other platforms is extremely simple, much like the rest of the program.

What makes eM Client such a convenient and user friendly timesaver is that it unifies conversation and lets you view correspondences in one attachment history.

eM Client also incorporates an instant messaging program and lets you integrate similar programs like ICQ, MSN, XMPP Jabber, and Facebook and Yahoo chat, and lets you translate messages into other languages with Google Translate..

Along with offering uniformity to your electronic correspondence, eM Client also gives you superior organization, which I certainly recognize as a necessity when I am conducting simultaneous dialogues with multiple different clients of my Los Angeles web design company.

With this program, you can categorize conversations and contacts with tags and make recurring tasks automatic so you don’t have to reset them week after week, and block out meeting slots on your calendar when you are “free” or “busy.”

There is even an RSS reader function that you can make into your default.

Currently available in version 3.0, eM Client works with Windows 7, Vista, and XP.

Thanks for reading. Jason.
