A former attorney and CPA, Jason Ciment founded LA Dezign in 1997. As Chief Executive Officer of the company, Jason Ciment oversees all of LA Dezign’s business and works to ensure consistent and high-quality work on every LA Dezign project.
Jason makes it his goal to stay at the forefront of web design and Internet marketing technology.
His blog www.jasonciment.com is a testament to his interest in ecommerce and web design and his extensive knowledge of Internet marketing tactics. On his blog and in his newsletter, Jason offers insight regarding the ins and outs of creating a successful website. Although he is personally involved in every project and in direct communication with every client, Jason focuses on the marketing aspect of LA Dezign.
Outside of the office, he enjoys keeping up his involvement in communal and charitable projects and spending time with his wife and four children.
As President of LA Dezign, Michael Moshkovich is actively involved in every project and how it pertains to search engine optimization project.
He works directly with clients in creating their site and actively looks into all of the marketing tactics to strategize for each campaign. He is responsible for the successful operation of every website.
Michael has over ten years of experience in the development and management of LA Dezign’s SEO projects. He continues to study the ever-changing marketing environment of search engine optimization in order to keep up on the most advanced strategies.
He has generated fantastic results for LA Dezign’s clients and their rankings on popular search engines like Google, Yahoo, and Bing. In his free time, Michael enjoys taking his two dogs to the dog park with his wife.
As the senior project manager, Jane Chulew organizes and outlines all of the necessary tasks for LA Dezign’s ongoing campaigns and prepares the projects to be launched.
She is responsible for the behind-the-scenes work that integrates search engine optimization into every project. Jane is proficient in search engine optimization and brings over eight years of SEO experience to the LA Dezign team.
After receiving her Bachelor of Science degree, Jane began working with LA Dezign by gathering content and social media exposure for each of LA Dezign’s clients. Since then, she has used her search engine optimization expertise to help companies increase their business with search engine popularity.
When Jane isn’t in the office, she spends her time running and skiing.
As the leading member of our creative design team, Anne is an expert when it comes to creating new websites and overhauling failed and poor performing websites.
In her first year at LA Dezign, Anne has created sophisticated and advanced websites for many different clients ranging from the estate of Marlon Brando to law firms and even an investment management company that has been servicing the entertainment community for more than 40 years.
After moving to Los Angeles from England and Germany (where she was born and received her degree in media design), Anne has brought LA Dezign to a new level of productivity, efficiency and flair in the arena of website design. With a versatile and wide-ranging experience including brochures, logos, newsletters and more, she has now been working in design and web design for a number of years in London and Los Angeles. Her career path has enabled her to provide design solutions for a number of companies specializing in different fields and areas of expertise.
When Anne is not designing, you can find her exploring the wonders of Los Angeles with friends or relaxing on the beach, enjoying the sun.
Benjy has taken on the task of spearheading LA Dezign’s new Pay-Per-Click search marketing department that focuses on connecting clients to their target audiences via Google Adwords and Bind Ads. Benjy is chiefly responsible for creating PPC advertisement campaigns for clients looking to drive leads and sales through their website.
In the short time since Benjy joined the company, he has been quick at building strong connections with clients. Where he really flexes his muscles is in optimization, in which he mastered the ability to constantly minimize advertising costs and simultaneously maximize the influence a campaign has on its targeted user.
After earning a Bachelor Degree in American Culture from the University of Maryland, as well as a Masters degree in Counter-Terrorism and Homeland Security from the Interdisciplinary Center in Herzliya, Israel, Benjy decided to jump head-first into the online advertising industry in 2012 and joined LA Dezign.
When he’s not in the office, Benjy can be found shooting hoops, playing video games, pigging out on sushi, and rooting for the LA Clippers.
As the Search Engine Marketing Consultant at LA Dezign, Kinsey focuses on social media, pay-per-click, and helping clients achieve ROI.
Kinsey recently graduates from Arizona State University where she studied Business and Exercise & Wellness. On her off time, she enjoys various outdoor activities such as hiking and bike riding, and spending time with her family and friends.
As the Social Media Director, Jessica is active in all social media tasks. From content creation, to engagement reporting, to social media reputation management – she is constantly striving to achieve the highest possible ROI and interaction/engagement rates for all of LA Dezign’s many diverse clients.
Much of Jessica’s day consists of competitor research, advertising campaign drafting and execution, content planning, interacting with customers through multiple social media outlets, as well as continuously monitoring the ever-changing world of Social Media. In addition, she is currently pursuing her degree in Graphic Design with a focus in Internet Marketing.
When Jessica isn’t in the office, she can be found spending time relaxing with her husband and their crazy animals – as well as constantly perusing the internet, playing (probably too many) video games, and cheering on the Denver Broncos.

As a Digital Marketing Consultant at LA Dezign, Christina focuses on maintaining and increasing the rankings of clients’ websites. She ensures that their sites keep their page rankings on all of the major search engineresults pages for specified keywords. She accomplishes such tasks by various proven SEO tactics and continuous link building.
Raised in Phoenix, AZ Christina is currently a student at the W.P. Carey School of Business at Arizona State University. She will be graduating in May 2015 with dual degrees in Business Marketing, B.S. & Human Resources Management, B.A. She is an active member and hold positions in both her sorority Alpha Phi and business fraternity Delta Sigma Pi.
In her off time she enjoys outdoor activities, reading, traveling and time with friends and family. This past spring she completed the Tough Mudder and plans to run a full Marathon Spring 2015.
As an SEO specialist, Alex’s responsibility is to increase or maintain the rankings of each of our clients’ websites. He specializes in ensuring that their sites keep their page one rankings on all of the major search engine results pages for targeted keywords. He accomplishes this through content strategizing, link building, and other proven SEO tactics.
Alex is a recent graduate from Arizona State University where he studied Communication and Media Analysis. He brings with him a fresh perspective on internet marketing, as he is constantly reading up on new SEO strategies, in order to stay one step ahead of the competition.
When he’s not working, Alex spends his free time exploring the local music scene, spending time with his family and friends, keeping active with his dog, Benson.

As the content writer for LA Dezign, Kelsey is an experienced writer. She develops content ideas and topics for a wide array of clients, mostly consisting of blog posts, website content and articles.
In her first six months at LA Dezign, Kelsey has created exceptional content that is enhanced for SEO purposes. Additionally, Kelsey has assisted with the social media strategy. She helps develop content plans, monitor social media sites, create social media posts, and she interacts with social clients and their fans.
Kelsey has excelled in both work and schooling. She graduated from Arizona State University with a Bachelor’s Degree in Communication. She maintained her position on the schools Dean’s list and graduated with the highest honors, Summa Cume Laude. She also practiced her love for social media and marketing throughout her years in college with a public relations and marketing internship. In her internship she wrote blog posts, press releases and social media posts. Furthermore, Kelsey helped increase the Communication school’s retention rates by 5 percent and created social media pages, videos, and marketing strategies for the school.
When Kelsey is not in the office, she enjoys spending time with friends and family, playing with her golden doodle, traveling, and going to the movies.
As a Digital Marketing Consultant, Rhiana coordinates a number of SEO activities for our clients. She is involved with increasing website visibility for different search engines. She also focuses on increasing page rank, reviewing website content, managing local listings, and keyword analysis.
Rhiana is currently a student in the W.P. Carey School of Business at Arizona State University. She will be a graduating in May of 2015. She is also a member of ASU’s business organization, Alpha Kappa Psi.
When Rhiana isn’t working in the LA Dezign office you can find her spending time in the sunshine, going to concerts, and hanging out with her friends and family.
