1. The orange color scheme is reflected in the top navigation bar and the left navigation section.
2. The logo includes a slogan in large text to emphasize clearly the firm's unique selling points.
3. Each page includes a dual sectioned header with a main value proposition and secondary message.
4. The large banner can be interchangeable on internal pages to be contextual.
5. There is no right side navigation in this design to maximize the body content area capability.
